Mobile first
Built and tested on phones first, because that is where almost all of your traffic will arrive.
Home / Process
Most website projects fail on communication, not code. This is the sequence we run on every build, and what you get at the end of each stage.
STEP 01
You send requirements over WhatsApp or a call. We ask what the site has to achieve, look at your competitors, and map the pages, content, and plan that fit.
You get a scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date before anything is paid.STEP 02
We design and develop the site with your branding, photos, and copy. If content is missing, we draft it so the build does not stall waiting for text.
You get progress updates rather than a four-day silence.STEP 03
You get a private demo link. Send feedback in one list, by voice note, or over a call. Revisions continue until you are satisfied with what you see.
You get revisions included, not billed per change.STEP 04
We connect the domain, install SSL, submit to Google, and go live. Then the support window starts: fixes, small edits, and monitoring.
You get 30–90 days of post-launch support depending on plan.
What we need from you
Projects that slip almost always slip here. Send these on day one and seven days is comfortable.
No copy? We write it. No photos? We advise on what to shoot on a phone, or use licensed images.
Standards
These are not upsells. They are the floor we build to, because a site that fails any of them costs you customers.
01
Built and tested on phones first, because that is where almost all of your traffic will arrive.
02
Optimised images, lean code, and no page-builder bloat, so the site opens on weak mobile data.
03
Clean headings, titles, descriptions, and structured markup so Google can index the site properly.
04
HTTPS from day one, so browsers show a lock instead of a warning to your customers.
05
Readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and proper labels on every form field.
06
Your domain, your content, and optional full source handover whenever you want it.
07
Traffic and enquiry tracking set up at launch, not bolted on three months later.
08
One number, one person who knows your project, and replies within business hours.
After launch
Your support window runs 30 to 90 days depending on plan. In that time, fixes, small content edits, and monitoring are included; you message, we handle it.
After the window, most clients move to occasional paid changes or a monthly maintenance arrangement. Either way, the same person who built the site picks up.
