How quickly can you deliver my website?
Most standard business websites go live within seven days. The clock depends on two things we do not control: how quickly content and photos arrive, and how quickly feedback comes back on the demo link. E-commerce and custom builds are quoted with their own timeline before you pay.
What is included in the plan price, and what is not?
Every standard plan includes hosting on our server and an SSL certificate for the first year. The domain is not included: you either buy it yourself, or we register it in your name and bill you exactly what the registrar charges, with no markup. From year two, renewal is ₹3,000 on Silver and ₹4,000 on Prime and Prime Plus, and that figure covers hosting and SSL only — the domain renews separately with the registrar.
Can I request revisions before launch?
Yes. You get a private demo link before anything goes live, and we keep revising until you are satisfied. Revisions during the build are included, not billed per change.
Why is the domain not included?
Because a domain held in our account is a domain you cannot move. Registering it in your own name means the address, the email on it, and the years of search history attached to it stay yours — even if you stop working with us. We handle the registration and DNS setup either way; you just pay the registrar cost, usually a few hundred rupees a year for a .com or .in.
Do I own the code?
The site is yours and it runs on your domain. Full source code handover is optional and costs ₹9,999 on any plan, which suits businesses that want to move the site in-house later or hand it to another developer.
What happens after launch?
Your support window starts: 30 to 90 days depending on plan, covering fixes, small content edits, and monitoring. After that you can continue on a maintenance arrangement or just call when you need something.
Do you build custom portals and mobile apps?
Yes. Custom portals, SaaS products, multi-vendor marketplaces, and Android or iOS applications are quoted individually after a scoping conversation, since none of them fit a fixed package honestly.
Do you work with businesses outside Maharashtra?
Yes. The studio is based in Karad, Satara, and most projects run over WhatsApp, calls, and screen shares. Clients are spread across India, and a few are exporters selling overseas.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, logo if you have one, photos, a list of services, and any content you want used. If you do not have copy, we draft it. If you do not have a logo, we can design one.
How do payments work?
Plans are one-time payments with the annual renewal listed separately, so you know the year-two cost before you start. Larger custom projects are split across milestones agreed in the quote.
